Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: October 2026
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Finanzap de Colombia S.A.S. (NIT 901839179), a company incorporated in Colombia (“Finanzap”, “we”). You can reach us at contact@finanzap.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message.
- Assessment: your four answers are processed in your browser. They reach us only if you submit the follow-up form, together with your name and email.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you write to us through those channels. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms apply.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and operation.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
- We do not load fonts, scripts or other resources from third parties.
- We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to you, to assess whether our service fits your business, and to keep a record of our business correspondence. The basis for this is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who receives it
Your data is handled by Finanzap and by the service providers we need to operate (website hosting and email). They process it on our behalf. Because we operate from Colombia and our providers may be located in other countries, your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
We may use AI-assisted tools to help draft replies or organize correspondence, under terms that do not allow your data to be used to train their models. A person reads and answers every message.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep client correspondence for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by writing to contact@finanzap.com. We will answer within the time limits set by the applicable law, including Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and, where they apply to you, the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Colombia, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
Client financial information
Financial information that clients share for the service is governed by the engagement agreement and the confidentiality terms described on our confidentiality page, not by this policy.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
